Users who purchase subscriptions or in-app services must provide accurate billing information. Payment will be processed securely through third-party providers, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription fees, billing, and renewal terms are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Users are responsible for managing subscriptions and cancellations through their device’s app store. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specified in our refund policy.

LoversCupid.io does not guarantee matches, friendships, or romantic relationships. The Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. LoversCupid.io shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, or injury resulting from interactions with other users.

All intellectual property within the Services, including software, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by or licensed to LoversCupid.io. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
